1 Families
1.1 A family session must involve at least one adult (over the age of 18) or any children being photographed must be accompanied by an adult
1.2 The photo shoot will be edited by the photographer and the images shown in the viewing will be at the photographers discretion.
1.3 If no purchase has been made from the viewing session, only one family session per year is permitted.
1.4 All photographs from a viewing session will be kept for a guaranteed six months providing a purchase has been made. We cannot guarantee storage of photo sessions where customers choose not to make a purchase.
1.5 The session fee of £30 (or other amount if purchased as part of a special offer) is non-refundable. It acts as a deposit for your photo shoot. If you fail to keep your appointment and cancel on the day of the session it can not be refunded. If you cancel your session within 48 hours your session is transferable to another date.
2 Weddings
2.1 A deposit of £300 is taken to reserve a date for your wedding photography.
The remaining amount is payable 4 weeks prior to the wedding day.
2.2 The photo shoot will be edited by the photographer and the images shown in the viewing will be at the photographers discretion. A minimum of 250 photos will be shown for a full day wedding often significantly more.
2.3 Fresh Face reserves the right to use photographs for marketing purposes. This will be discussed further at the viewing and any strong objections respected.
2.4 Photos will be ready to view within approx 4-6 weeks from the date of the wedding.
3 Special Offers
3.1 Only one special offer per customer and all special offers remain at the discretion of the management.
3.2 Special offers are usually subject to the day of the viewing. In the case where the customer wishes to take advantage of a special offer but cannot make a final decision at there viewing a deposit may be left to secure the special offer. It is understood that any such deposit left is for the security of a special offer and may not be refunded.
4 Vouchers
4.1 All gift vouchers are clearly marked with their value and/or discount. In the case of a gift voucher that includes a family session, only one voucher per customer.
4.2 All gift vouchers are valid for six months unless otherwise agreed by the management.
5 Parties
5.1 A minimum of 8 girls per party must be paid for. Groups of less than 8 girls will be considered but no reduction in price can be offered.
5.2 No family or discount voucher can be used as payment for a Fresh Face Party.
5.3 All parties must be accompanied upon arrival by a responsible adult.
5.4 All parties with children under 13 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout.
6 Collections / Returns
6.1 To ensure any discrepancies are dealt with immediately, all customers must collect artwork within six weeks of notification from Fresh Face that items are ready for collection. If you fail
to collect your artwork within this time period (unless previously agreed), we cannot guarantee replacement of any product.
6.2 Customers will be given an opportunity to inspect their artwork upon collection. Once the artwork has left the premises, Fresh Face cannot be held responsible for any minor defects.
