The Fresh Face adventure
The Shoot
First we’ll sit you down with a nice cup of tea or coffee and have a quick chat about what brought you to us and let you know our plans for the shoot. This is really important - it gives us a chance to meet you and break the ice and get an idea of the sort of photos you’d like to end up with. We always tailor our shoot to the individual. Generally our sessions are really high energy and involve a lot of fun and mucking about but if that’s not your thing don’t worry we’re pretty good at reading situations and never make anyone do anything they’re not comfortable with. We’ve got tons of ideas for things that make really cool photos but we’re really open to any ideas you may have and will try pretty much anything once!
The Viewing
Once we have taken all the shots we need, we will arrange a time for you to come back and see them. This is when our technical skills really come in to play. We spend about 4 to 5 hours on every shoot editing them down to the very best ones and then digitally enhancing those to make the final product really special. We work closely with top re-touchers from the fashion industry to make sure that our techniques are always up to the minute and that we can give you loads of possibilities and different styles for each picture. You view the pictures on a large LCD screen in our viewing room and we can then explore lots of different options and advise you to help you get exactly what you want from the result. It’s also a chance to choose your free framed print, included in the session fee.
The Final Product
We are constantly working to keep our range of framing options up to the minute and varied. We have sourced the very best and latest materials (see products and prices page) to keep in line with the image of the Fresh Face brand. There’s some really funky Perspex and aluminium mounted artwork perfect for today’s loft apartment style living, as well as some beautiful more classic hand made frames in loads of different styles and colours. Our prices are very realistic and we know you won’t find anything like our level of quality for the prices we offer.
